Shine On: Lighting Wallpaper

The Lighting Wallpaper is a new design element derived from the same warm glow that comes from the iconic Apple logo on the back of a Mac laptop.

A new product, Lighting Wallpaper, consists of tiles designed to emit soft, enchanting light that creates a strong sense of atmosphere. The tiles are reportedly easy to apply and can cover nearly any surface.

The first prototypes, shown at the Designblok 2014 exhibition in Prague, Czech Republic, were made as ultra-slim square panels with a basic "flowers and circles“ artwork, lit using electroluminescent technology.

The idea behind Lighting Wallpaper posits an interior as a modern and ambient space--and Lighting Wallpaper has been created to help in creating such places, with clean, modern, minimalistic lines.
