San Francisco-based PlanGrid announces the release of a new mobile suite that connects back to its all-in-one RFI solution. The update is free for all users, the company reports, and allows AECs to update their Plangrid on Android and Plangrid on iOS.

The RFI tool is powerful, simple, and requires no training so AECs can focus on real work, the company reports. Its mobile RFI solution allows professionals to write, answer, and read all their RFIs from anywhere in the field.

Mobile RFI References

Adding snapshots and photos to an RFI for reference is reported to be easier than ever with the company's mobile solution. "With one tap, you can clarify the question or answer," PlanGrid representatives report.

PlanGrid also reports that the solution allows AECs to keep track of RFI discussions and prevents them from having to rely on memory for these details. Team members can comment directly on the RFI and enable communication right from the field.
